We ask a lot of our dining tables. They must be beautiful, purposeful, and—above all—worthy of the moments we share around them. The Bancroft Dining Table lives up to that tall order. Combining the best of modern and Scandinavian design, it’s void of any harsh lines, with subtly curved legs and a gentle oval top that strikes just the right style note. The classically proportioned design boasts room enough for eight, with a wide oak or walnut top perfect for laying out all manner of dinner delicacies. Solid wood construction—finished by hand with a beautiful matte stain—ensures that this heirloom-worthy piece will serve as a gathering place upon which you can create memories for years to come.

    Gus* wood accent pieces are constructed using a combination of solid wood construction and real wood veneers. To help maintain their appearance, we recommend cleaning the wood surfaces with a damp cloth in the direction of the grain. Ensure to dry any residual liquid immediately afterwards.

    Make sure solid wood is not exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time. Do not put any hot or cold food items/beverages in direct contact with the wood surface as this may cause marking or damage to the finish.Using coasters will increase the longevity of solid wood. Spills must be cleaned immediately, or this may cause permanent damage.

    Shrinking, cracking or warping can happen as a direct result of humidity levels and direct sunlight. It is important to keep the humidity at an even level throughout the year. Wood is very susceptible to changes in the humidity of its environment, which causes it to expand and shrink. Climate control will minimize this; a level of 40%-55% humidity with an ideal temperature of 70-72F should be maintained.

    On our product pages, we specify a delivery timeline that assumes that inventory is available from the vendor to fulfill the order. It's always possible that we discover the vendor is out of stock or that the item is on backorder once you place your order. We will let you know as soon as possible, before we confirm your order.

    Some items ship from our warehouse, while others may ship either from the vendor to our warehouse to you, or directly from the vendor to you.
